I get tension headaches. Sometimes these are so bad that I can't get out of bed and have to go to the hospital. Thankfully these are rare, but about once a year I'm struck by one of these "head and neck in a vise" headaches and have to stay home and listen to cable TV all day because it hurts too much to open my eyes.
